Michelle Krill, the technology coordinator at Southwestern School District in Hanover, PA has developed a site where teachers have created resources that follow the Houghton Mifflin language arts textbook adoption. They have shared them on their web site which is available here:

 This is an excellent example of teachers across a school district sharing resources via the web.
