TimeToast is a free tool to create timelines which then can be embedded into other web sites, Google Earth, or even Moodle.
The draft from the Common Core State Standards Initiative is available for download. 48 states, 2 territories and the District of Columbia authored the proposal. The standards are open for public comment until Friday, April 2… and yes, California was one of the 48 states that helped author this proposal.
